DHX20 Closed Loop Hydrocarbon Extractor
The Closed Loop Hydrocarbon Extractor consists of two 20L jacketed and insulated extraction columns. The system contains two 50L solvent storage tanks for the closed loop design. The compressor is the main driving force behind the entire process. The cyclone separates the solvent vapors and crude oil. It boasts three heat exchangers to keep the process running smoothly.

Solvent recovery, and substrate concentration, is required across a wide range of industrial applications. The Deutsche Process Surface Kettle Scraper-Solvent Condenser Receiver (SKS-SCR) is an industrial style, single-stage evaporator/condenser intended for bulk solvent recovery in sanitary food, chemical, nutraceutical, and pharmaceutical application.
- Standard sizes include 200L, 400L, 600L and 1000L systems
- Removes 100 liters to 500 liters of solvent per hour from oil concentrate
- Vacuum distillation preserves thermally labile components and facilitates lower residual solvent levels

Short Path Distillation Unit
The agitated film Short Path Distillation Unit (SPDU) is a molecular distillation system for separating high molecular weight mixtures, based on differences in boiling point. Vacuum pressures as low as 0.05 torr are utilized in order to lower vapor temperatures, and the internal condenser provides a short path for distillate vapor to travel with minimal pressure drop, for effective physical separation; these together combine to allow for the efficient separation of high molecular weight, thermally labile distillate products. The Short Path Distillation Unit consists of 2 different models, with either a 6” WFE or 10” WFE.

The MEU 100 is equipped with a 100 gallon jacketed extraction vessel capable of processing up to 100lbs of biomass per batch. Attached to the vessel is a Vincent Screw Press for additional solvent recovery from spent biomass. This system is built to be cooled to as low as -40C. Its modular design and custom controls and automation provide by SEIMENS makes this operator friendly and space efficient.

Winterization & Filtration System (DW100)
Winterization Skid consists of two jacketed 100L vessels designed to feed a filtration train for cryogenic winterization of cannabis oils. The system features both a filter press and lenticular filter for maximum impurity removal, with the ability to swap in other filtration media for color remediation.
