Deutsche offers custom fabrication services for a wide variety of applications, including non-sanitary. We can do anything from full facility sanitary piping to modifying existing sanitary equipment to meet your evolving needs such as transforming a trailer to allow your operation to go mobile.
1. GLYCOL
A properly designed glycol piping system will distribute the cooling from your chiller evenly to your tanks. This ensures loads closer to the chiller do not obtain preferential cooling, and avoids extended pull-down rates for those loads that are further out.
2. STEAM & CONDENSATE
A steam pipe is designed to carry pressurized steam from a boiler to the working components of the system, such as brewing vessels. Condensate piping is used to remove condensate from steam-heated vessels, ideally for recovery and re-use in boiler feed water.
3. PROCESS
Sanitary process piping is designed and constructed for use in food, beverage, medical, pharmaceutical, and biological applications where cleanliness and sterility are required. Spent grain, compressed air, and CO2 lines also fit into our process scope.
4. CUSTOM FABRICATION

STAINLESS STEEL
Thin-wall unthreaded pipe. This pipe is lightweight, with all welded joints.
SCHEDULE 80 PVC
This pipe material is used for industrial and higher pressure water/glycol flow applications.
